A little bit about me…

I'm a Melbourne-based celebrant, professional MC and storyteller who genuinely loves bringing people together.

For more than a decade, I've worked in front of audiences as a Master of Ceremonies, helping people celebrate achievements, milestones and meaningful moments. I'm also a qualified Celebrant authorised to perform weddings and celebration of life services. I feel incredibly privileged to play a role in some of life's most significant occasions.

My path here has been anything but conventional. I'm a lawyer turned creative, with a career spanning marketing, advertising, publishing and production. That experience has taught me how to balance creativity with professionalism, think on my feet, manage competing priorities and look after people from all walks of life.

It's also given me a deep understanding of events. I know what happens behind the scenes, I understand the importance of the details, and I know how to work collaboratively with clients, venues, suppliers and stakeholders to create experiences that feel effortless.

People often describe me as warm, thoughtful, down-to-earth and fun. Whether I'm writing a ceremony, hosting an event or helping someone tell their story, my goal is always to create an experience that feels authentic, engaging and genuinely reflective of the people at its centre.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my partner Jimmy and our two young children – Jack and Amelia. Being their mum is my favourite role of all. These days, my music theatre training is less likely to be seen on a stage and more likely to be heard during bedtime songs and kitchen dance parties.

Relationships have always been at the heart of everything I do. I love getting to know people, understanding what matters most to them, and helping create moments they'll remember long after the day is over.

My Approach

No two events, ceremonies or stories are the same, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether I'm working with a couple, a family, a business or an charity organisation, I take the time to understand what's important, what success looks like, and how I can best support the people at the centre of the occasion.

I'm known for being easy to work with, adaptable and collaborative. I offer an obligation-free initial conversation, and from there I can be as hands-on or hands-off as needed. Depending on the event, that might include research, script writing, run sheet development, stakeholder consultation, preparatory meetings or working closely with venues and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is always to make the process feel straightforward, enjoyable and stress-free, while delivering an experience that feels polished, authentic and memorable.
